Immerse yourself in the world of wedding flowers with this REAL WORK training experience and fast track your skills!
In an intensive version of our signature Wedding Flowers 101 Course (usually 6 weeks/8 lessons), the Wedding Flowers Retreat will see you create a Ceremony + Reception set in just 3 days!
With full guidance by Maple & Wren’s Creative Director, El, you’ll experience all the behind the scenes creation process as well as working in a stunning Perth wedding venue to bring a full ceremony and reception to life.
The Retreat includes:
All accommodation on site at Jarrahfall (own room, double bed and ensuite)
All meals, snacks and beverages from Friday morning – Sunday night
All products, materials and equipment to create a luxury ceremony and reception set up
Photoshoot on the last day of the retreat which you can use to gain professional imagery of you working and of your beautiful creations for use on your socials for promotion
Mastermind style lessons to work through the key hurdles in your business or mindset right now
Morning breathwork sessions

Full Retreat Program
FRIDAY 20 JUNE - DAY 1 CHECK IN, PREPARATION + MASTERMIND
Check in at 10am on Friday morning. Settle into your private accommodation.
11am - 4pm - COURSE TIME
On Day 1 we’ll start with a welcome session followed by flower preparation sessions where you’ll get to know all of the flowers you’ll be working with over the weekend and the process we’ll follow so you are prepared for wedding work. We’ll also set the space - tables, linen, glassware, cutlery as ready for a wedding. We’ll end the session with a mini business mastermind.
Lunch will be provided.
4pm - take some time to relax and refresh in your cabin or exploring the property.
6.30pm - Join us for a group dinner and a cheeky glass of something warming in the reception hall
SATURDAY 21 JUNE - DAY 2 THE PRE-MAKING
Start the day with breakfast in the main hall at 8am
Mini mindfulness and meditation session at 8.45am
9am - 4pm - COURSE TIME
On day 2 we dive into wedding flowers creation with all the usual pre-making before a wedding day - table centrepieces, head table arrangements and aisle pieces for our stunning ceremony.
Lunch will be provided.
4pm - take some time to relax and refresh in your cabin or exploring the property.
6.30pm - join us for dinner and refreshments
SUNDAY 22 JUNE - DAY 3 THE WEDDING SET UP
Start the day with breakfast in the reception hall at 8am
Mini mindfulness and meditation session at 8.45am
9am - 3pm - COURSE TIME
On day 3 we tackle the event day. We'll start by working as a group to create a stunning luxury ceremony statement.
Lunch will be provided.
Then we'll move on to transforming the Reception Hall into a breathtaking reception with our pre-made pieces and two group projects creating a cake statement and an installation feature.
3pm - 4pm enjoy the fruits of your labour
Everyone departs (with a boot full of glorious flowers) by 5pm to make the journey home.
*We'll also have a photographer and content creator on site on Sunday to capture your creations as well as imagery and content of you in your floral genius zone that you can use for your portfolio and throughout your social media.
